The conference will start on
Monday morning with featured speaker Bryan Shaw, Chairman of the Texas
Commission on Environmental Quality. Shaw was appointed to the
TCEQ in 2007. The Texas Senate confirmed his appointment in 2009,
and he was appointed chairman in 2010.
