CANCELLATION
& REFUND POLICY – All cancellations must be in writing, and can be
mailed, faxed, or e-mailed. Cancellations
received after June 1, 2007 are subject to a $50 processing fee.
Refunds are not available after June 8, 2007.
SUBSTITUTIONS
– Substitutions may be made, based on availability.

FEE
POLICY – Eligibility for member rates is based on membership information
currently on file with ILTA. If your company is not currently a member, the non-member
fees apply.
Government
rates are available to active duty military and federal government
employees only. Photo identification will be required at registration.
ILTA
is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from attendance or
participation in the Conference, Trade Show, or any related events.
Payments
to ILTA are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income
tax purposes. However, they
may be deductible under other provisions of the tax code.
