The
Advanced-Tanks Air Emissions workshop will be conducted by Rob Ferry,
PE, of the TGB Partnership. The Advanced Tanks workshop provides a
detailed look into air emissions issues relating to the design,
construction, and inspection of aboveground storage tanks. It
addresses regulatory compliance, emissions calculations, and
recordkeeping and reporting requirements. Topics for the workshop
include frequently asked questions that have arisen as companies
implement the GD-GACT rule, Refinery MACT ICR guidance on emissions
estimating, tank degassing, and EPA’s Uniform Standards and the proposed
Storage Vessels and Transfer Operations rule.
A
half-day training session on air issues pertaining directly to loading
rack operations will be offered on Tuesday morning.
Time
will be provided during the workshop for attendees to visit with the
exhibitors displaying their tank-related products and services.
