Job No. 1124 – Perimeter Terminal is seeking a Terminal Superintendent for its Atlanta, GA, facility.  The terminal is a 9 million gallon refined petroleum products storage facility in Atlanta, GA.  The facility receives product via the Colonial Pipeline and truck (ethanol).  Product withdrawals are made via truck.  The Perimeter Terminal Superintendent is responsible for facility management including environmental compliance, regulatory compliance, safety, construction, product receipt scheduling and training.  The Terminal Superintendent will train terminal employees in all matters related to operations, safety and compliance.  This position will work with the Operations Manager to facilitate the safe, efficient and complaint operation of the terminal.  Candidate must have excellent communication and computer skills, must be able to work well with customers, regulators, terminal operators, carriers, transport drivers, contractors and company staff personnel, and must not be afraid to “get hands dirty” in assisting with day-to-day operations and mechanical issues.  The Terminal Superintendent will work within the accepted quality standards set by Perimeter Terminal LLC.  This position is salary.  The ideal candidate has an Engineering degree (civil, electrical, mechanical, industrial).  Send resume to vkenny@perimeteroil.com.

Job No. 1107 - Magellan Midstream Partners is seeking an Environmental Air Specialist in its Tulsa, OK, location.  This position is responsible for ensuring continued compliance with air quality regulations (federal and state), air permits, and company policies related to air compliance for an assigned area of Magellan Midstream Partners' assets.  Responsibilities include determining applicability of air regulations and policies to Magellan's assets and operations, managing and completing all air regulatory requirements, and partnering with other departments to ensure accurate and timely compliance with all air quality requirements.  The position is responsible for reviewing the air quality compliance of each assigned facility, compiling information and preparing compliance documents for submittal to regulatory agencies as required by the air permit or applicable regulations.  This position ensures the air permit/compliance requirements are properly loaded into the company's Compliance Management System.  The air specialist (AS) also reviews numerous state, county, and federal regulations to determine permitting actions/requirements for all facilities within his/her assigned area of responsibility. In addition, the AS reviews all proposed operational changes, modifications, or installations to ensure compliance with applicable air regulation and/or permits.  For identified/confirmed non-compliance issues, the AS ensures that all internal and external notifications are made within the required timeframes and reporting parameters, and is responsible for ensuring that all assigned tasks/corrective actions are completed per the compliance schedule.  For all applicable facilities, the AS compiles air compliance information in order to prepare required periodic reports for submittal to regulatory agencies.  In addition, the AS maintains records as required by applicable permit or regulations, or provides guidance to the facility on how to maintain the required records (i.e., annual emission inventories, monitoring reports, rolling 12-month emissions, rolling 12-month throughputs, etc.).  A Bachelor of Science degree (Chemical Engineering preferred) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in air compliance field.  Additional requirements include the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English with co-workers, supervisors, internal and external customers; the ability to work in stressful conditions; the ability to adapt and respond in changing circumstances; the ability to use a personal computer with the Windows operating system to complete time sheets, send and receive email, and access information posted on the company's intranet; availability as needed to work on both a scheduled and call-out basis; and the ability to work at the assigned job site.
