day-and-a-half workshop, conducted by Rob Ferry of the TGB Partnership,
provides a detailed look into air emissions issues for the design,
construction, and inspection of aboveground storage tanks. It addresses
regulatory compliance, emissions calculations, and recordkeeping and
reporting requirements. The course covers a number of important issues
for aboveground storage tanks including:

Rule Compliance,
Routine Emissions Estimating,
and Non-routine
Emissions Estimating.
