ILTA 2025 Conference & Trade Show Returns to Houston with Expanded Programming and World-Class Keynotes

Houston, TX – The ILTA 2025 Conference & Trade Show, the largest event focused exclusively on the business and technology of liquid terminals, will take place June 9-11 in Houston, Texas. This premier gathering will bring together more than 4,500 industry professionals to explore emerging trends, regulatory updates, and technological advancements shaping the sector.

Held at the Marriott Marquis Houston and the George R. Brown Convention Center, the event will feature 320+ exhibitors, expert-led conference sessions, and extensive networking opportunities. Attendees will hear from two distinguished keynote speakers:

  • Carly Fiorina, former Chair and CEO of Hewlett-Packard (1999–2005) and bestselling author, will headline the keynote lunch on Monday, June 9. One of the most high-profile business leaders in the world, Carly Fiorina passionately believes in the power of people to transform organizations and change the world. She is a true leader and a seasoned problem-solver. Her mission is to inspire, equip, and connect individuals and teams to seize opportunities, face challenges, and accelerate impact in their communities and places of work. She knows that everyone has more potential than they realize, that those closest to the problem understand the problem best, and that leading to unlock the potential in others and actually solve problems can result in both progress and joy. Carly Fiorina is a passionate, articulate advocate for problem-solving, innovation, and effective leadership.
  • Adm. James Stavridis, USN (Ret.), former Supreme Allied Commander of NATO and bestselling author, will deliver the closing keynote on Tuesday, June 10. Archetype of exemplary leadership, Admiral James Stavridis addresses security concerns in a technologically transforming world. A Florida native, Jim Stavridis attended the US Naval Academy at Annapolis and spent 37 years in the Navy, rising to the rank of 4-star Admiral. Among his many commands were four years as the 16th Supreme Allied Commander at NATO, where he oversaw operations in Afghanistan, Libya, Syria, the Balkans, and counter-piracy efforts off the coast of Africa. He also commanded US Southern Command in Miami, charged with military operations through Latin America for nearly three years. He was the longest-serving Combatant Commander in recent US history. Following his military career, he served for five years as the 12th Dean of The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

 

New in 2025: ILTA Industry Summit – Career Opportunities in Tank Terminals

ILTA is introducing the Industry Summit: Career Opportunities in Tank Terminals, a new initiative aimed at connecting terminal companies with emerging professionals and industry talent. With table reservations open to ILTA terminal members and 2025 exhibiting companies, this event will provide a platform for companies to showcase career opportunities, conduct on-the-spot interviews, and engage with the next generation of industry professionals. Several students from surrounding high schools and colleges, as well as early-career industry professionals, are expected to be in attendance.

  • Date & Time: Wednesday, June 11 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM CT
  • Location: George R. Brown Convention Center, 1st Floor, Hall B
  • Table Reservations: $500 through March 1; $600 thereafter
