How ILTA protects your information
General Statement of Privacy
ILTA is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting any personally identifiable information that you provide to ILTA. Except as indicated below, ILTA will not sell, rent, or share any personally identifiable information that you provide without your consent.
Collection of Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Our web servers automatically capture non-personally identifiable information including, but limited to, your domain name, the IP address of the web page from which you enter our site, the pages that you visit on our site, the click-through rates, and the amount of time that you spend here. However, the individual user will remain anonymous. We may use and analyze this data for trends and to improve our site. Any non-personally identifiable information that we give to third parties will be provided in aggregate form only.
Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
When you engage in activities such as registering for events or to order various ILTA publications, you may be required to submit personal information to ILTA. This information will include data such as your name, company name, address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address. If you choose not to provide the information that is requested by ILTA, you may continue to visit the site but you may be unable to access certain offers, services or secure pages.
Website Forms
When you submit a form on this website, such as Contact Us, a membership enquiry, a committee request or the email sign-up, the information you enter is emailed to ILTA staff and stored in HubSpot, the system ILTA uses to manage contacts. We use it to respond to you and, where you have asked for them, to send you ILTA updates. To update or remove your details, email info@ilta.org.
Member Accounts and Sign-In
ILTA members can sign in to reach members-only resources. Your account holds your name, email address and company. To sign in, you enter your email address and we email you a one-time code. We use your account details only to provide membership services.
Bulletin Board
You understand and agree that ILTA is not responsible for any information that you provide on a bulletin board or other open forums and recognize that others may collect and use any information that you provide.
Privacy with Respect to Minors
ILTA does not knowingly collect or use information from children under the age of 13 without the consent of a parent or guardian.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your preferences and understand how the site is used. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you choose which categories of cookies you allow. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings.

Security
If you send ILTA credit card information, ILTA will encrypt this information between your computer and our server. Other information that you send to this site, including e-mail messages, will not be encrypted unless we advise you otherwise.

Irrespective of your domicile or place of doing business, by using this website, you agree that ILTA may collect, use and transfer your information as described in this Privacy Policy Statement.
