ILTA terminal and supplier members receive a substantial discount on registration fees for the conference. To receive the member rate, please include the member company name on all ILTA registration materials.
Program Name Badges
An ILTA-issued badge is necessary for admission to all ILTA events. Registration for all conference sessions, the Monday evening reception, and the Tuesday keynote luncheon will be located on the fourth floor of the Marriott Marquis hotel. Exhibitor and trade show registration will be located on the first floor concourse of the convention center in Exhibit Hall B. Registration and check-in for the post-conference training will be located on the third floor of the Marriott.
Continuing Education Credits
Certificates of Attendance will be available to all conference participants upon request. Many national, state and local licensing boards and professional organizations will grant continuing education credits to individuals who attend the ILTA conference and training sessions when they submit their certificate of attendance along with a copy of the program agenda. To request a Certificate of Attendance for the 2017 event, please contact Katie Vassalli.
The 2018 Conference Proceedings will be emailed to conference attendees following the event. It will include copies of the conference presentations, speaker bios, topic summaries and ILTA's 2018 program agenda.
Business casual dress is appropriate for all conference and trade show activities and functions. Please bring a sweater or light jacket with you to the meeting rooms as you may find them a little cold.
