The Must-Attend Event for the Terminal Industry - June 8-10, 2020

The ILTA conference is an event like none other. It provides terminal professionals with outstanding content and valuable tools to stay up to date with the latest trends, strategies and best practices. Attendees learn from industry experts, hear from dynamic speakers, and network with others from around the world.


The International Liquid Terminals Association continues to monitor the global spread of COVID-19 and the reports from international and national health authorities, including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control, to guide our decision-making on our 40th Annual Operating Conference and Trade Show.

Based on the ongoing evaluation, close coordination with the City of Houston, and our understanding of current advisories, our event is scheduled to take place as planned, June 8-10, in Houston. 

As the global community confronts this challenge, the health and safety of our members, customers, and employees remains our primary concern. With many of the current declarations and advisories in effect through April, we will provide additional updates on May 1 or sooner, as warranted.

ILTA is dedicated to helping our members improve the safety of their operations and the level of environmental responsibility demonstrated at their facilities. One of ILTA's goals is to develop and maintain an ongoing education program for our members through online resources, committees, and focused working groups, in addition to the association's  conferences, meetings,  and training courses held throughout the year.

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy for 2020 Conference
All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to Registrations are transferable. Attendee substitutions must be received in writing and emailed to before the event.

A refund, less a $150 per person cancellation fee, will be paid for cancellation requests received up to May 17, 2020. Any cancellations received after May 17, 2020, are non-refundable. Conference registrations are transferable to individuals within the same company. If you are a no-show, registration fees will not be refunded.

Policies & Fees for 2020 Golf Tournament
All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to A full refund, less a $50 per person processing fee, will be paid for cancellation requests received on or before May 3, 2020. The refunds will not be given after May 3, 2020. Registrations are transferable. Player substitution requests must be received in writing. They must be emailed to on or before May 17, 2020, to be included on the official tournament roster.

  • The Expo only is complementary. There is no cost to walk the trade show floor but a badge is required. Everyone must register.

  • The conference registration fee is for the entire length of the conference.  

  • Daily registration is not available.

  • Non-Profit, full-time student, state, and federal employees are no charge. Please email if you have any questions.

  • Full conference fees include: breakfast, keynote luncheons and reception as well as admission to all trade show events including the reception.

  • All attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend all conference and trade show events.
