Share your knowledge and experiences at our June 15-17, 2026 Conference & Trade Show! We encourage all submissions related to terminal operations, with particular interest in topics covering Environment; Health, Safety & Security; Government Affairs; Leadership; Operations & Engineering; and Human Resources.

There are limited sessions available, so please submit your proposal before our October 17 deadline.

Proposal submissions must include:

• Proposed title for the session.
• 3-5 key learning objectives and the target audience that would benefit most from the presentation.
• Session description, including who will / could provide an operator’s perspective.
• Names of potential speaker(s) and moderator, inclusive of qualifications relevant to the session topic.

Please note:

• Sales/marketing proposals will not be considered.
• To present at the ILTA 2026 Conference & Trade Show, companies must be an ILTA terminal member or exhibit at the Trade Show. Please reach out to Christopher Meilink at cmeilink@ilta.org with membership questions or interest in exhibiting at the Trade Show.
