Share your knowledge and experiences at our June 9-11, 2025, Conference and Trade Show! We encourage all submissions related to terminals, especially those in the Environment, Health, Safety and Security, Leadership, Operations and Engineering, Human Resources and Emergency Response areas.

We have limited sessions, so please submit your proposal before our October 7th, 2024, deadline. 

Proposal Submission will include:

• A proposed title for the session.
• Outline key learning objectives and identify the target audience that would benefit most from the presentation.
• Briefly describe the topic and include ideas for a customer/terminal company representative who could provide an operator’s perspective.
• Identify the potential speaker(s) and a moderator to present the topic and briefly describe their qualifications and background applicable to the subject matter. 

Please note:

• Sales/marketing proposals will not be considered.
• To present at the ILTA 2025 Conference and Trade Show, companies must be an ILTA Terminal Member or exhibit at the Trade Show. Please reach out to Christopher Meilink, cmeilink@ilta.org with membership questions or interest in exhibiting at the Trade Show.
