Cancellation & Refund Policies for EHSS Committee and TOPS Meeting
ILTA hopes everyone who registers for the EHSS Committee and Tops Meeting will be able to attend; however, ILTA knows extenuating circumstances do occur.
The ILTA Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to email@example.com on or before September 2, 2022, are refundable but subject to a $100 administrative fee.
Registrants canceling on or after September 3, 2022, will not receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual.
If ILTA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, ILTA will refund the registration cost.
Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies:
Unforeseen circumstances are used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents ILTA from continuing with the meetings. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
